dad group online

When fathers show up steady and connected, the whole family thrives.

A 6-week online small group (part of Postpartum Together) for new and expecting dads who want to strengthen their partnership, their parenting, and themselves.

If you’re becoming a dad—or you’re already in it—you’re juggling a lot. You want to support your partner, bond with your baby, and still feel like yourself. But in all the focus on mom and baby, dads are often left without a roadmap or a circle of men to walk with. The Dadvantage gives you simple tools and a real community so you can show up calm, connected, and confident—because the way you show up shapes how your whole family feels.

Our next group starts on January 12th. Register now for a free info session.

This is for you if…

  • You want to support your partner and bond with your baby—but you’re not always sure how.

  • Stress is high at home, and you want tools to stay steady and lower the temperature.

  • You’re craving practical skills (not lectures) and a small circle of men who get it.

  • You value holistic care—nervous system health, communication, and teamwork.

  • You believe that when dad shows up steady and connected, the whole family thrives.

From uncertainty to steady leadership at home.
In six live sessions, we blend story, research, and practice so you can support your partner, co-regulate with your baby, communicate under stress, and build small habits that make fatherhood feel clear, grounded, and good.

What You’ll Get in This 6-Week Reset:

Weekly 75-minute live small-group sessions (online)
• 25–30 min story + research-backed teaching
• 30 min guided discussion + skills practice
• 15 min Q&A and action planning

A supportive circle of dads
Real talk, zero judgment, accountability that sticks.

Practical tools you’ll actually use

This is best for:

  • Expecting fathers preparing for postpartum.

  • New dads (0–24 months) navigating change and stress.

A Personal Note from Mike:

Early fatherhood asks a lot of us. We want to show up for our partner and our baby, but we also need a few reliable tools and a circle to practice with. That’s why I built The Dadvantage—so dads can be honest, learn what actually works, and show up differently this week, not someday. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be present and steady—and we’ll practice what that looks like together. I’d love to have you in the next group.
