Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Postpartum Together. We want you to feel clear and confident before making a purchase, so please review our return and refund policy below.

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately or made available electronically after purchase, all sales of digital downloads, guides, templates, worksheets, courses, recordings, and other downloadable resources are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital products once access has been provided.

If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please contact us at chelsea@postpatumtogether.com, and we will help make sure you receive the product you purchased.

Coaching, Classes, Memberships, and Online Programs

Payments for coaching sessions, group programs, memberships, workshops, and online classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product or registration page.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or event, please contact us at chelsea@postpatumtogether.com as soon as possible. When possible, we may offer a reschedule, replay, credit, or transfer option, but this is not guaranteed unless specifically included in the offer details.

Events and In-Person Gatherings

Event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Postpartum Together.

If Postpartum Together cancels an event, you will be offered either a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event when available.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered, unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chelsea@postpatumtogether.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

  • Reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads

  • Templates, guides, worksheets, and PDFs

  • Recorded classes or courses

  • Coaching sessions already used

  • Membership access already provided

  • Event tickets, unless the event is canceled by Postpartum Together

  • Gift cards or promotional credits
