Coaching/Couple’s Support + Groups
Why Prepare Your Relationship Before Baby Arrives?
Most couples prepare the nursery.
Very few prepare their communication.
Research consistently shows that relationship satisfaction declines after baby, not because couples don’t love each other, but because exhaustion and invisible labor change the dynamic fast.
Prep for Us gives you:
Mental load mapping before resentment forms
Clear expectations about the division of labor
Intimacy conversations before sleep deprivation hits
Tools for conflict repair
A shared vision for your first year
What We Build Together
Inside this 6-week experience, we:
Identify stress triggers early
Create a postpartum support plan
Design a shared mental load system
Practice hard conversations safely
Set intimacy expectations that reduce pressure
You leave with a written relationship plan, not just good vibes and a prayer.
Who This Is For
First-time parents
Second-time parents who struggled the first round
Couples who don’t want to drift apart
High-functioning couples who want to stay ahead

FAQ
Is this for couples on the brink?
This program is more about building the skills that you’ve realized you need from the newness of early parenthood. We ask that you have a shared agreement that you’re here to learn not to “save” — and also for couples who want prevention.
How is this different from therapy?
It’s structured, forward-moving, and focused on action.
A 6-Week Group Experience for Moms Ready to Reclaim Their Power
Confident Mom Reset is for the mom who is carrying more than anyone sees.
The mental load.
The emotional tone of the home.
The identity shift.
The pressure to “do it right” while quietly losing herself.
If motherhood has left you feeling stretched thin, unsure of your voice, or disconnected from who you are beneath all the roles, this space is for you.
Over six weeks, you’ll slow down, get grounded, and rebuild a sense of self you can actually trust, not by adding more to your plate—but by clearing what no longer belongs there.
This is about coming back to yourself.
And learning how to stand there with confidence.
You’re not locked into a rigid system here.
If life shifts or you need to move groups before we start, just email us—we’ll help you adjust.
First $500 deposit made to secure a spot. Should we decide not to work together, $485 will be refunded (processing fees!)
After deposit, 2 more payments of $500 will come out on the monthly subscription (total of $1500 for the program)
Your relationship deserves more than survival mode.
If you and your partner feel stuck in logistics, resentment, or disconnection—but still know there’s something worth fighting for—this is where real support begins.
The Deep Dive Relationship Roadmap is a 4-month, high-touch coaching experience for couples who want to slow things down, get honest about what’s not working, and intentionally rebuild their relationship with clarity, structure, and compassion.
Not to get back to “how it used to be.”
But to create something stronger, steadier, and more aligned with who you are now.
A Clarity + Roadmap Session for When You’re Stuck and Need Direction
Coaching Support for Couples Who Want to Feel Like a Team Again
Love isn’t usually the problem.
Exhaustion is.
Mental load is.
Unspoken expectations are.
Feeling unseen is.
We offer practical relationship tools and coaching support for new and expecting parents. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, mental load, or feeling disconnected after baby, these resources are designed to help you feel like a team again.
This is not therapy.
This is not venting for an hour.
This is skill-building for couples who want to function like a team.
What “Coaching Support” Means (In Plain Language)
Coaching Support is virtual couples coaching focused on:
Communication you can actually use
Dividing the mental load fairly
Repairing conflict faster
Rebuilding emotional and physical connection
Preventing resentment before it hardens
We help you see what’s happening under the surface — and then give you clear next steps.
If you’re looking for postpartum relationship support or coaching during pregnancy, this is built for you.
What We’ll Work On
Every couple is different, but most sessions focus on:
Mental load and invisible labor
Communication patterns
Emotional safety and defensiveness
Conflict repair
Intimacy and physical connection after baby
Expectations around roles and identity shifts
Transition planning during pregnancy
This is modern relationship support for the season you’re actually in.
Why Coaching Instead of Couples Therapy Right Now?
Couples therapy is essential in many situations.
But many couples come to us saying:
“We’re not in crisis. We’re just not okay.”
Therapy often focuses on:
Diagnosing mental health conditions
Processing past trauma
Treating clinical issues
Coaching focuses on:
Skills
Structure
Behavior change
Implementation
You don’t need a diagnosis to need support.
You might need:
A neutral third party
A system for dividing responsibility
Clear communication frameworks
A plan for staying connected after baby
Coaching is especially effective when:
You want preventative support during pregnancy
You’re stuck in repeating arguments
You need practical tools more than emotional excavation
You want forward movement, not just reflection
We are not here to label anyone.
We are here to help you function better as a team.
If you need therapy, we will say that clearly. If you need structure and tools, this is likely the right fit.

That’s common.
Most hesitant partners are worried about being blamed. Our approach is structured, balanced, and focused on teamwork. Many skeptical partners say afterward that it felt productive and practical.
-
Most relationship support is either:
Crisis-based therapy
Generic marriage advice

We focus specifically on the transition into parenthood.
That means we understand:
Sleep deprivation
Unequal mental load
Shifts in intimacy
Identity changes
The “roommate phase” after baby
Our approach combines:
Practical communication frameworks
Nervous system awareness
Clear division of responsibilities
Direct, honest coaching
Both male and female perspective
We work with couples before baby arrives and after baby is here — so you’re not just surviving parenthood, you’re building a strong partnership inside it.
